Registration Fee
Many professional conferences charge $300 to $500 a day. This conference is heavily subsidized by the sponsors in order to encourage individuals from developing countries to attend.

Choose one of two ways to register

To assure your place register early.
You will need to view the Workshop section and make your choice before you Register.
You may want to click Global Conference at the end of this paragraph and view the Registration page before you actually fill it out. Because the PlusLine form will timeout if you leave it inactive too long.

You will need a valid Passport, your Credit Card and a balance on your Credit Card to cover the fees at the time of Registration since PlusLine uses Online Banking and will debit your account as soon as they process it. In giving your Credit Card number do not put any spaces between numbers and give only the month and the year of expiration, and fill in each blank otherwise you will not be able to process the registration.
PlusLine will accept the major valid Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card)

To register your Spouse at no additional cost you must fill out a separate form. Spouses must pay for the Banquet or else decline attending.

Additional information on registrations
PlusLine will accept personal checks that are active with and established Bank. Make checks out to Global Conference on Health.
Registration forms must be in the PlusLine’s office by June 24-2009 in order for WHO to process badges. You will pick them up at WHO headquarters on July 6 after 2 :00 P.M.
There will be no limits to the number of registrations at the University of Geneva.

Refund Policy: You may request a refund, minus a $30 processing fee, through June 24, 2009. After this date, substitute attendees will be accepted. No refunds will be given after June 24, 2009, except with a medical certificate
