Dear Global Conference Registrant,
We appreciate your interest in the Global Conference. The following memo is directed only to registered participants. We are delighted you have chosen to register for this conference, and we look forward to your arrival in Geneva in early July. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you complete the following information prior to June 15. The three forms are:
1. (Required) General Information and Workshop Selection: This information is very important, and we appreciate you taking the time to complete this short form by June 15.
2. (Optional) Internet Service Application: If you wish to have free internet access at the conference site, you must complete this form by June 15. There will be NO exceptions.
3. (Optional) Meal Request Forms: This page is to reserve meals during the conference, including Sabbath lunch and dinner. The form you use will depend on the location of your lodging. Please note carefully the options that are available.

Insurance Reminder
In the Conference Brochure we suggested each participant obtain travel insurance as you are responsible to care for medical expenses, accident and other insurance while you are away from home. Adventist Risk Management (ARM) is offering to cover this need if you do not have your own source.
Simply go to the ARM Travel Hub to find information and instructions for online travel insurance there. A credit card is required to pay for your coverage.
